Our Story

TummyToys was created in 2009 by master goldsmith, gemologist, and expert jeweller Melissa Morganite. After getting her own navel pierced and becoming frustrated with the lack of comfortable navel ring designs available, Melissa used her decades of experience in the jewellery industry to create TummyToys. Her goal was to create a superior navel ring brand, with a focus on comfort, design, and ergonomics. Melissa wanted to design a navel ring that didn’t need to be screwed on. One that could be put on and taken off as easily as an earring. After spending countless hours refining her design, submitting patents, and prototyping products, TummyToys was born.
