Do your belly rings contain any nickel? Are you looking for nickel-free belly rings?
All of our navel rings are nickel-free.
What type of metal do you use in your designs?
We only use solid metals. None of our designs are made with filled or plated materials, only solid sterling silver, surgical steel, platinum, palladium and 14K gold.
What karat are your gold belly rings made out of?
Our gold designs are all made out of solid 14K rose, yellow, and white gold.
What is your return policy?

Do you offer custom design services?
Yes! We love making custom navel rings. We’ve worked with many customers to create the navel ring of their dreams. Everything from custom gemstone settings, colours and placements to intricate gold dangle charms. Go to the “Contact Us” page and send us a message with your custom design idea to get started.
What gauge are your navel rings? Can I order one in 16g?
We make 14g navel rings. We can also custom make any design in 16g as well. We cannot resize any of our belly rings larger than 14g though. More sizing details are available on the “Sizing” page.
Do you make any of your designs longer than 13mm?
We can extend most of our designs by up to +3mm. Extensions will take 4-6 weeks to be ready for shipping.
What type of silver do you use in your designs?
We only use solid .925 sterling silver in both our navel rings and dangle charms.
Do you use natural diamonds?
Yes. We only use natural diamonds in our diamond navel rings. Quality, carat, colour and size will vary on the specific design. Diamond details for each design are listed in the product description.
What if my belly ring breaks? Will you repair it?
Yes, we will repair any of our items. Just send us a message and we'll see what needs to be done. Please note that our workshop is based in Boston, US and that customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is considered to have a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase.
